This is an itinerary that uses service forest tracks that run along the western slope of the mountain range of A Groba, along the parishes of Santa María de Oia, San Mamede de Pedornes, San Miguel de Viladesuso and Santa Uxía de Mougás, producing a 20 km route that combines natural and historical heritage.

The route has several key locations that offer amazing views of the Atlantic coast, groups of petroglyphs and remains of fortified settlements. The canyon of the river Broi and countless streams are only a few of the attractions that can be enjoyed. Added to these is the cork oak grove of Sobreiras do Faro, Europe's westernmost Mediterranean forest; the giant ferns that inhabit the river Vilar; a variety of fauna, with the entire catalogue of reptiles and amphibians present in the Baixo Miño, including the gold-striped salamander, an endemism from the northeast of the peninsula. Birds of prey, horses and other species can be photographed in this area, which is delimited with 35 posts and fences.
